Damages and issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be very careful in opening the packages as items can slip or fall.

Each piece is inspected prior to packing and signed off by our staff. Items are packed well in bubble wrap, newsprint, and packed in a sturdy carton box. 

Prior to pick-up, we have the rider sign a waiver that they received the items in good condition. 

We are not liable for any loss or damage when your order is in the possession of the courier.


Exceptions / non-returnable items / Exchanges

Our products are hand made from organic materials sourced from many and different geological locations. This may cause some slight changes or variations on our standard in house glaze formulations. We do not use commercially available glazes. Please keep this in mind.

We do not produce "cookie cutter" mass produced products. This adds uniqueness, value, and that one-of-a-kind esthetic to each piece. Also, due to difference in screen resolutions and color output, the colors on screen may be slightly different than in actual.

In short, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the reason of "its not the exact same color as on the photo".
